GLRF exists to create a connected community among gay and lesbian rowers, locally and globally.  We do this through three main areas: membership (individual), interest (communities) and geography (countries). Whether you row in a private club, a community club, scull independently, or belong to a gay and lesbian rowing club, we’re here to provide a central network for all of us.

Staying connected locally.

A separate geographic page exists for each country where a GLRF registered member resides. Each page provides the tools for rowers within a given country to contact other local rowers:

  • a regional community news feed
  • a tailored newsletter that includes local and international news
  • an announcement board where clubs and rowers can post notices
  • a listing of metropolitan areas with rowing and GLRF members
  • a dynamic list of essential rowing links for each country
  • a regional calendar listing of events and activities
Join our community.

All rowers are invited to join the GLRF community. Even if you don’t see your country listed, please register and we will create a new country page for you.

Registration is free. We respect your privacy and you may select your preferred level of visibility. Help us show the world the size of our worldwide community with your registration.
