	ouver in the State of Washington\, United States\, and there is the glitzy
	 city of Vancouver in the province of British Columbia\, Canada.  The rega
	tta has been traveling a bit for the past several years: in 2009\, it was 
	on Vancouver Lake\, in 2010 it was hosted on Lake Stevens\, in 2011 it ret
	urned to Vancouver Lake\, and in 2012\, it was hosted at Klamath Falls. S
