	- Monday\, 17 Feb 2014 Miami Beach Rowing Club Indian Creek - along the I
	nland WaterwayMiami Beach\, FloridaUnited States GLRF is proud to partner
	 with the Miami Beach Rowing Club to host the third winter training camp a
	nd rowing festival.  Designed for experienced sweep and scull rowers\, ind
	ividuals and club squads will be able to enjoy 6 coached on-the-water sess
	ions in 8+\, 4+\, and 4x boats.   Festival schedule: Friday and Saturday
	 each feature a morning and afternoon rowing session.  Sunday and Monday i
	nclude a morning-only session.  Typically we start with a warm up on the c
	lub's ergs\, and then head out on the water.  We break for lunch for two h
	ours.  Evenings are open for whatever strikes the interest of the group (d
	inner and a visit to a great bar are de rigueur). With a low coach to row
	er ratio\, everyone will benefit from some great mid-winter training techn
	ique that can be applied for your spring season. Registration will open o
