The event was sancti oned and calendared by FISA and feature FISA certified judges. The event w as run on the FISA World Masters template. The course was 1\,000 meters\, offered six fully buoyed lanes and all races were handheld starts. The eve nt was organized by the Outgames Regatta Organising Committee with support from Rowing Canada\, Aviron Québec\, the Montreal Rowing Club (MRC)\, an d Odawagan\, the GLBT rowing crew of MRC.  Competition was open to men a nd women\, age 18 - 99. Race events were held for single sex boats and mix ed boats. There were no adaptive entries. Boat rentals were available and featured race-competitive quality boats. Got some thoughts or feedback?
