DESCRIPTION:\nRowers are invited to enjoy a grand rowing tour along the 
	canals of Amsterdam\, held in conjunction with Europride 2016. http://www

	rganized by Roeicentrum\, gay and lesbian rowers (and their straight frien
	ds) are invited to join a special rowing tour through the center of Amster
	dam.  Participants will have an opportunity to see the areas and landmarks
	 that played a role in the Amsterdam LGBT emancipation during the last cen
	tury.  Of course\, rowers will also have a chance to see some of the many 
	of the areas that Amsterdam can offer to its visitors.    Every tour will
	 be presented in a relaxed manner so that you can enjoy the sights and sou
	nds of Amsterdam but of course rowers will also have an opportunity to wor
	k on their rowing technique!  Rowers will put to the water in classic Euro
	pean\, wide beam C-boats.  Participants can choose if they want to choose 
	sweep or sculling rowing technique. Two different tours will be offered: 
	one for experienced rowers and one for novices and new-to-rowing folk.  Al
	l tours are guided and coxed by an instructor from the Roeicentrum rowing 
	centre. Tickets for the rowing tour cost 25 euros and can be purchased he

	rs.  It would appear that tours will be offered every day from 28 – 31 J
	uly and on Thursday\, 04 August.  Look for the green blocks on the schedul

	because that is the best day to be on the canals and enjoy Amsterdam Gay P
