	husiasts! The Gay+ Lesbian Rowing Federation will host our second indoor 
	rowing event\, an ergatta\, on Sunday\, 15 January 2023 in Las Vegas\, Nev
	ada\, United States.    We are expecting 300 – 500 LGBTQ rowers\, and t
	heir family and friends for a packed\, one-day event of individual and tea
	m erg competitions.  The event is open to everyone\, age 13 and older\, ga
	y\, straight\, bisexual\, transgender\, non-binary\, men and women.  The 
	event will offer individual erg categories as well as team erg categories:
	 1X\, 2x\, 4x\, and 8x.  There will be a heat and final for teams of 4x an
	d 8x.  Competition will be on the Concept2 RowErg.  How do team events wor
	k?  The Concept2 Race software shows the combined time of the entire team 
	competing together\, just like an on-the-water race.  It is NOT a relay!!!
	  So even if you're less than enthusiastic about participating in an erg e
	vent\, grab your team and compete together!  The Sin City Erg is one of 2
	7 sports taking place at the Sin City Classic XVI\, January 12 - 15\, 2023
	. The Sin City Classic is the largest annual LGBTQ+ multi-sport event in t
	he world. What started as a softball tournament in 2007 has grown to inclu
	de 27 additional sports. So grab your bff\, your bf\, your husband\, your
	 wife\, your whatever\, and come to Las Vegas.  They can do another sport
