DESCRIPTION:GLRF will host a booth at the 2011 Western Intercollegiate R
	owing Association (WIRA) Championships.  WIRA is compromised of 30 men's 
	teams and 33 women's teams from universities and colleges in Arizona\, Cal
	ifornia\, Oregon\, and Washington.  The collegiate championship present a 
	2k sprint race with heats\, petites\, and finals.  Race categories are nov
	ice\, lightweight\, junior varsity and varsity.  In 2010\, there were entr
