The Manager of Corporate Affairs will guide GLRF through the legal and corporate requirements of being a nonprofit corporation. The most immediate task will be in developing a new, more clearly defined set of bylaws. Additionally, as the Board of Directors begin to populate, a standard for meetings and procedures will need to be developed.

Other tasks will include filings for charity foundations, reviews of sponsorship agreements, and the submission of copyrights as needed.

The Manager of Corporate Affairs will work closely with the Executive Director, the Chair of the Board, and the Secretary of the Board on a broad range of issues, most notably: grants, foundations, sponsors, bequests, corporate governance and corporate filings.

GLRF seeks an attorney with some exposure to sports law, and/or non-profit governance, and/or gay/lesbian issues. This based requires a base in the United States. If interested, please contact Brian Todd at execdir@glrf.info .
