Three Regattas+ listings are currently ongoing or upcoming:

                2025 Lachine’s Coastal Regatta – Montreal, Canada

                2025 Quebec Beach Sprint Champioship – Montreal, Canada

                2025 Eurogames Regatta – Lyon, France

Each of these listings was added by a GLRF member and offers a virtual community for those attending the regattas.  Follow the listings for updates. Add your name if you’re attending. Upload images to existing albums or create your own.  Add a comment. Upload files. Create a seat search.

There are several listings from 2025 that are now finished but there is still time to add images if you were at one of the listed regattas.  If no files or images are added within three months, the listings will be deleted. 

Any GLRF member can add a listing on Regattas+.  If you’re going to a regatta, add a listing and see who else might be going.  We will promote it in Our Picks and in this newsletter.

We launched the new Rainbow Logo Challenge page on 30 May 2025, just in time for the 2025 Rainbow Logo Challenge.  The initiative encourages rowing clubs and rowing-related organizations to modify their social media and website logos to include rainbow colors for Pride month. 

In recognition that some countries celebrate Pride month outside of June, the form to upload a Logo Challenge entry includes a month field selection.  The entry form also takes into account a translation field for the month in respect for each country’s language preferences. 

We encourage everyone to work with their clubs and national rowing federations and rowing vendors to participate in the Rainbow Logo Challenge.  No matter what social media service you use, when you follow or read a rowing-related post, seeing a huge number of rainbow logos makes an impact!

It’s not too early to start planning for the 2026 Sin City Erg, held on the weekend of 2026 Sin City Classic, 15 – 19 Jan 2026.  Visit the Sin City Erg web page to add your name to the mailing list for updates.

Add your club’s listing to the Share A Link database.  If every GLRF member added their rowing club, we would have a significant list of clubs to guide and promote rowing in the broader LGBTQ community.  The listing is free and once added, becomes instantly accessible for our Rowing Enquiries feature as well as for listing LGBTQ-friendly rowing clubs for any members visiting or joining one of our Groups.  Any GLRF member can add a listing.  We think the listing is the most genuine when it is added by a rower who belongs to the club.
