Race Information:
Rowers are invited to register for the friendly and informal Sunday morning stake boat race (régate au piquet). The race is a single category competition 4x+. Rowers will compete in a 3,000 meter head race along a 1,500 meter course. Boats will turn around a buoy at the far end of the basin and race back to the starting line. The entry fee is Euro 35 and includes the use of the boat.
Joint teams from all the entries will be formed on Sunday morning at 09:00h. so that everyone can enjoy the camaraderie of the competition.
Prizes and a picnic will follow the competition at 12:30h. The schedule is subject to change dependent on the weather and the number of entries.

Venue Information:
Pictures of the basin are visible to the right. The basin is 1800 meters long and is used mainly as a multi-purpose aquatic recreational facility: rowing, windsurfing, sailing, canoe, kayak, and fishing.

Voile et Croisière en Liberté (VCL) will organize this event with the support of the "Comité Départemental du Val de Marne."
Rowers are invited to enjoy the closing party on Sunday evening at the the famous Elysée Montmartre nightclub, 72 Boulevard de Rochechouart 75018 (not fare away from Montmartre and the Moulin Rouge)
Take Monday off and come for a 3-day week-end! Monday is holiday in France…
