The regatta, hosted by the Portland Vancouver Rowing Association, will be held at the Vancouver Lake Regional Park, just outside Vancouver and across the river from Portland, Oregon. This regatta is the largest regional masters regatta in the United States, drawing more than 1,000 participants and forcing the organizers to extend the event to three days.
