An all-eights race for juniors, seniors, and open crews. Now in its second year, this hugely successful event offers both a head race and a sprint race to all participants (one race in the morning and one in the afternoon). The head race is 4500m. and the sprint race is 1500m. Unique to the race officiating involves a time measurement system based on GPS tracking, providing instanteous location, and at the end of the races, winners are determined by a points ranking system.

A slew of prizes will be awarded, with the first prize being a competition-level eight boat.

Registration fees are Euro 80 per crew and every fourth boat entered by one club is free. Deadline to enter is 07 Oct 2012.
