The pledge is a global initiative to promote inclusion and acceptance [beyond tolerance] of lgbtq+ rowers, coxies, coaches, and race/regatta officials in the broader rowing community. When you sign the online pledge, it says this is important to you. Our collective voices can fundamentally transform rowing from within, and for the better.
