Presented by Scott McKee, Phase IV Director and former Div. 1 head coach at Rutgers University and Columbia University for 21 years, where he produced numerous National Champions and Olympians. As an athlete, he still holds numerous New York state titles and records, and was a National Champion and a member of the 1982 National Team.
