#Rowing: Hannah Scott of Bann produced the outstanding performance at the Ireland junior Assessment at Lough Rynn in Leitrim. Scott rowed the six kilometre course in 25 minutes 32 seconds – a remarkable 89.10 per cent of projected world best time for a junior over this distance.

Aaron Johnston and Nathan Timoney of Enniskillen were the best men’s junior pair, with Alexander Wilson and Calum McCrae of Methodist also showing well. Aaron Christie of Bann, the top male single sculler, covered the six kilometre course in a fine time of 24 minutes and six seconds.

The top two women’s pairs were also fast – both were from Enniskillen.

At the National Rowing Centre in Cork, Margaret Cremen and Aoife Casey teamed up in a junior double and were ranked first on the day in terms of per centage of projected world gold medal-winning time. Sanita Puspure and Monika Dukarska both did well in single sculls, while Daire Lynch and Sam McKeown teamed up well in a double.

Zaczynają tęsknić za wiosłowaniem

Posted by · PL: Polskiego Związku Towarzystw Wioślarskich · 19 Feb 2017 - 10h56 · 183 Views

- Pogoda i zdrowie dopisały.
