Bonjour, Tout d'abord, l'aviron est un très bon choix, c'est un sport porteur donc très peu traumatisant pour les articulations et le dos, notamment si tu es en surpoids. Courir lorsqu'on a une surcharge pondérale c'est assez difficile, la seule limite liée à ton poids au début sera l'amplitude de ton geste surtout au moment où tu dois plier les jambes, je ne connais pas ton morphotype mais de manière générale c'est à ce moment là du geste technique que ça se complique. Je te recommande de débuter ton activité sans chercher à " forcer" le geste, essaie de trouver des postures avec lesquelles tu prendras du plaisir à ramer, le perfectionnement technique sera secondaire dans ton cas, je pense que la priorité est que tu retrouve un poids de forme, je te recommande d’ailleurs l'article que j'ai écrit à ce sujet, voici le lien: http://infoaviron.com/indice-de-masse-corporelle-imc-le-poids-ideal-et-le-poids-de-forme-est-ce-pareil Il serait d’ailleurs judicieux de profiter de ta motivation de débuter une nouvelle activité physique pour prendre de nouvelles habitudes alimentaires, je ne te parle pas là de régime, mais bien d'habitudes alimentaires dont l'effet est bien plus pérenne.
