Od 30 listopada do 14 grudnia kadra wioseł wagi lekkiej kobiet przebywała na zgrupowaniu w Ośrodku Przygotowań Olimpijskich COS Cetniewo we Władysławowie. Pod kierunkiem trenera Przemysława Abrahamczyka do sezonu przygotowywały się Joanna Dorociak (WTW Warszawa), Monika Kowalska (BKW Bydgoszcz), Martyna Mikołajczak (RTW LOTTO Bydgostia), Sylwia Zimnicka (AZS AWFiS Gdańsk) oraz Weronika Deresz (WTW Warszawa), która 5 grudnia dołączyła do grupy po wyprawie w Himalaje.

- Mieliśmy trening ogólnorozwojowy o charakterze wytrzymałości ogólnej - mówi trener Abrahamczyk. - A w realizacji tego celu służyły m.in. biegi po plaży. Niestety, było trochę deszczu i wiatru, ale w pełni wykorzystaliśmy walory klimatyczne Cetniewa i plan został zrealizowany. Wybierając się do Cetniewa na zgrupowanie chcieliśmy trochę zmienić środowisko, odpocząć psychicznie i to nam się udało. Byłem tam już trzeci raz na zgrupowaniu, poprzednio w 2011 i 2015 roku.

10 stycznia kadra kobiet wagi lekkiej przejdzie badania w stołecznym Instytucie Sportu, a następnie uda się na zgrupowanie do Szklarskiej Poręby.
