Hey,

How's everyone?

Are there any keen rowers out there who have or are thinking to practise Yoga? Heard that Yoga could improve one to be a better rower!. Anyone has experience to share?

Wow, this is so cool.  I am keen to hear if anyone participates in the programme. Adding extra flexibility must really help in your reach and release.
I have never done yoga specifically to improve my rowing. However, I have done Pilates and Gyrotonics to improve my stroke and have definitely noticed changes in the way I carry my body from those exercises. I'm sure it is the same or similar with Yoga!
